All teak products are made of high quality Burmese teak, including all grates, steps and tables. We do not use "plantation teak.”

 

Returns/Refunds

All custom crafted projects are non-returnable and non-refundable; however products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one full year.

If you aren't satisfied with the fit of your custom crafted work, Global Shipwrights will work with you to resolve any issues.

Deposits are non refundable unless, due to production constraints, the project is unable to be completed.

Stock items may be returned at buyer's expense and subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Assembly

If any of our products need assembly of any kind due to shipping constraints, etc, this will be duly stated and discussed prior.

Privacy Policy

We do not share your information with third parties.

By sharing photos or testimonials, customers give Global Shipwrights authorization to post same.

Pricing

Except where noted, all our products are custom made to order. Using our instant price calculator and your dimensions and other specifications, you can instantly create a quote for your project.

 

Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, all products are shipped from our overseas production facility in as timely a method as possible, given the individual project. Shipping fees are calculated at 7% of the base price.
